FICOFIXERS® is an independent software, data intelligence, and credit-education enterprise engaged in the development and distribution of AI-powered financial systems, educational materials, tradeline data analytics, and credit-enhancement resources.

All website content, training materials, documentation, graphics, platform code, and trademarks—including but not limited to FICOFIXERS®, FICOFIXERS Credit Intelligence™, FICOFIXERS Financial Systems™, FICOFIXERS Credit Engineering™, and CyberWall™ Security Framework—are protected under U.S. trademark and copyright law.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, modification, or distribution of FICOFIXERS® products, trade names, or materials is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties under 17 U.S.C. §501, 15 U.S.C. §1125, and relevant state intellectual property statutes.

Privacy Policy - the basics

All materials, tools, products, and services provided by FICOFIXERS® are intended for educational and informational purposes only.

FICOFIXERS® is not a credit repair organization as defined by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. §1679 et seq.), nor does it offer or imply legal, financial, or tax advice.

By purchasing, downloading, or utilizing any FICOFIXERS® product or digital resource, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • FICOFIXERS® does not delete, suppress, or alter data on credit reports.

  • All products and tradeline information are illustrative tools for education and demonstration of legitimate credit reporting systems.

  • Any mention of score increases, bureau reporting, or financial outcomes are examples, not guarantees of specific results.

  • You are solely responsible for applying FICOFIXERS® information in accordance with your own compliance obligations and applicable laws.

FICOFIXERS® disclaims all liability for damages or losses resulting from misuse, interpretation, or misapplication of its materials, software, or data systems.

3. Trademark Protection & Licensing

All brand names, marks, and trade designations associated with FICOFIXERS® are proprietary and protected.
Use, imitation, or reproduction of any trademark or derivative thereof—without written authorization—is expressly forbidden.

Access to FICOFIXERS® materials constitutes a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal and non-commercial use only.
Reproduction, resale, sublicensing, or digital redistribution is prohibited unless a separate written agreement is executed with FICOFIXERS® corporate counsel.

4. Payment & Purchase Terms

All purchases made through the FICOFIXERS® website or its authorized affiliates are considered final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated in writing by an authorized representative.

  • Digital or downloadable items become non-refundable upon delivery or access.

  • FICOFIXERS® reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transaction suspected of fraud, chargeback abuse, or misuse of intellectual property.

  • Product descriptions, pricing, and features may change without notice.

  • Any attempt to use stolen or unauthorized payment instruments will result in termination of access and referral to appropriate authorities.

5. Privacy Policy

A. Data Collection

FICOFIXERS® collects only the information voluntarily provided by users, such as name, email, billing address, and payment verification & data necessary for secure transactions and successful platform access.
Additionally, FICOFIXERS® may collect anonymous technical data (e.g., IP address, browser type, referral links) for cybersecurity and performance purposes.

B. Data Usage

Collected information may be used to:

  • Process purchases and verify identity;

  • Deliver product downloads or access credentials;

  • Provide support, updates, and compliance notifications;

  • Enhance user experience and security;

  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized system access.

C. Data Security

All transactions and stored data are protected with 256-bit AES encryption, secure SSL/TLS protocols, and CyberWall™ proprietary defense systems developed under FICOFIXERS® AI infrastructure.

Sensitive financial data (credit card or payment info) is processed exclusively through PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways. FICOFIXERS® does not store raw payment card data.

D. Data Sharing

FICOFIXERS® does not sell, rent, lease, or trade user data to third parties.
Information may only be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, or service providers necessary for business operations, and only under confidentiality agreements or legal compulsion.

1. DATA PROCESSING ADDENDUM (DPA)

PREAMBLE

WHEREAS, FICOFIXERS® collects, stores, and processes personal data in connection with its AI-driven credit education platforms and software systems; and
WHEREAS, both Parties desire to ensure that all such data is processed in accordance with the highest security and privacy standards;
THEREFORE, this Data Processing Addendum forms an integral part of the FICOFIXERS® Terms of Service and governs the processing of Personal Data on behalf of clients.

ARTICLE I – DEFINITIONS

  1. “Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.

  2. “Processing” means any operation performed on Personal Data including collection, storage, use, disclosure, erasure.

  3. “Controller” means the client purchasing services; “Processor” means FICOFIXERS®.

ARTICLE II – OBLIGATIONS OF FICOFIXERS®

  1. Process Personal Data solely to fulfill contractual services and instructions from Client.

  2. Maintain technical and organizational security measures consistent with AES-256 encryption, SSL/TLS, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001.

  3. Ensure staff confidentiality agreements and access controls.

  4. Promptly notify Client of any suspected data breach within 72 hours.

  5. Assist Client with data subject requests under GDPR and CCPA.

  6. Sub-processors (if any) shall be bound by equivalent obligations.

ARTICLE III – DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

FICOFIXERS® retains transaction records for not more than five years unless longer retention is legally required. Upon termination or written request, data will be securely deleted or anonymized.

ARTICLE IV – GOVERNING LAW

This Addendum is governed by the laws of the State of New York.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties acknowledge this Addendum as of the Effective Date.

TERMS OF SERVICE / TERMS & CONDITIONS

PREAMBLE

WHEREAS, FICOFIXERS® provides AI-powered credit education and financial software systems;
WHEREAS, the Client desires to purchase digital products or services;
THEREFORE, the Parties agree as follows.

ARTICLE I – ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

  1. By clicking “Purchase” or checking the box at checkout, Client acknowledges these Terms as a binding contract under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. §7001).

  2. Electronic acceptance constitutes the Client’s signature.

ARTICLE II – SERVICES & LICENSE

  1. FICOFIXERS® grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal educational use.

  2. No resale, redistribution, or commercial exploitation is permitted.

ARTICLE III – PAYMENT & BILLING

  1. All charges are clearly displayed before checkout.

  2. Payment authorizations constitute explicit consent for the total amount shown.

  3. Digital products are delivered electronically upon confirmation and are non-returnable after access.

ARTICLE IV – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

FICOFIXERS®’ liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim; no indirect or consequential damages shall be recoverable.

ARTICLE V – ARBITRATION AND GOVERNING LAW

  1. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by JAMS in New York City.

  2. Both Parties waive jury trial and class action rights.

  3. Governing law: State of New York.

ARTICLE VI – INDEMNIFICATION

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless FICOFIXERS® from any claims arising from misuse of its products.

ARTICLE VII – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This document and the Refund & Chargeback Policy constitute the entire agreement.

THEREFORE, the Client and FICOFIXERS® agree to be bound as of the Effective Date.

3. REFUND & CHARGEBACK POLICY (14-DAY REFUND WITH ESCALATION PATH)

PREAMBLE

WHEREAS, FICOFIXERS® values client satisfaction and transparency;
WHEREAS, digital products require clear refund and dispute procedures;
THEREFORE, this Policy governs refunds, cancellations, and chargeback processes.

ARTICLE I – REFUND WINDOW

  1. Clients may request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase.

  2. Refunds apply only to unaccessed or non-downloaded digital products.
